240. No titles
In Sweden, we dont use titles. We dont use Sir, Mister, Mam, Dr, Director, President and so on. I would like us to put the titles aside in this group as well.
When you use Sir when you talk to me, you show respect, but at the same time, you make yourself smaller. We are not meeting eachother at the same level and it harms the communication.
I think it is natural to become a leader if one have superior knowledge in ones field. I created this idea, I have analysed it very deeply and I know it very well.
So I have great knowledge here, but when it comes to marketing, to programming, designing, teaching, recruiting and organize groups, there are many members that are superior to me.
For me it is natural that you lead in the field where you excel. And when you dont excel, you let someone else to lead. You should not lead in a field where you lack knowledge. This is how I am working.
And if you are interested in something, start to learn and understand it deeply and you will be the leader there.
We have to assume that all people have talants and interests, and we all can achieve anything if we only put our effords to it.
I want the members in this group to grow, to learn and to be more confident. Knowledge is always very important and we all can learn more as long we are interested.
